Gave us an estimate and proceeded right away. The results are incredible! So much better than I ever imagined! Communication was excellent. Top Cleaning cleaned our dryer vent this afternoon. Both the office staff and the two guys who did the cleaning were professional and courteous. They arrived about 15 minutes early, after calling to make sure an early arrival was OK. They did a great job and left everything exactly as they had found it. I will definitely be using them again.

Top Cleaning came out to my apartment to clean my dryer vents and arranged for when they were already in the area. They had the most reasonable estimate that I could find and set up the service date quickly. They came, were done within 30 minutes, and made sure they cleaned up the entire area before they left. We hired Top Cleaning to clean a house with over 50 years of exposure to cigarette smoke prior to placing it on the market as well as introducing some of the furniture into our home. They did a fantastic job! Walls, ceilings, and floors were washed and all of the nicotine stains were removed. The odor and staining in the home and all of the furniture was completely eliminated. We'd gladly recommend them!

My carpets look incredible. I had area rugs taken to the shop to be cleaned and when they came back, they looked brand new. The guys came to clean my wall to wall bedroom carpets and they also look brand new and smell wonderful. And to top it all off, the guys that came to collect my rugs and clean my carpets were extremely pleasant, helpful and really cared about helping me and doing a great job. My Airbnb was rented by drug dealers and raided by the police. I spent two weeks trying to find hazmat cleaners. After many tears and sleepless nights I finally found Top Cleaners. I called at 9 PST and they called me back within minutes. And they were at my house to assess the damages in less then 12 hours from the time I called them. I can not tell you how much this company saved me in cost and stress. The communication was above and beyond my expectations. They are the most kind and compassionate people and sincerely cared about the situation that I was in and the only ones willing and equipped to help me. I really and truly could not be happier. Remember that minus 22 weather with wind chill of -45? We stepped out for two hours and came back to a flooded kitchen. Their crew was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They patiently and thoroughly explained the process and they went to work right away. They also came back when they said they would for the pile of trash that came out of my kitchen. I just had my heating ducts cleaned by Top Cleaning and was shocked at what had been "stored" in there! Well worth it, much better for the heating, healthier for the air, and I also had the dryer vent done which was a good thing!! Did you know that the dryer vents are one of the top fire hazards in homes? Mine wasn't that old, but it sure needed a cleaning. Would recommend this company and this job be done in any home! We have been here 35 years and have had animals, wood, oil, and now propane - amazing what coated those ducts!
